Patrick, the Birds were still there today although as distant as they have been.
Access is down the track from the B1190 Bardney Causeway to Lock Farm and follow right to Bardney Lock. Over the first river and under the old railway bridge and cross over the Lock footbridge. Scope from far side of Witham. Alternative walk past the lock cottage and up ramp to cycle path, walk a few hundred yards and view across to the area where the birds are.
