Andy Chappell did the first CES visit near Donington on Bain this year.  This is the tenth consecutive year that the Mid Lincs RG has conducted a CES there.  There were 32 handlings split roughly 50/50 with new and re-trapped birds including a Garden Warbler ringed at the site in 2018 as a juvenile as well as a new one.  Only downside was a Jay that got out of the net before Andy could extract it.
