Thanks John.  Martin Sizer ringed 7 new Sedge Warblers and a re-trap at Quad 3 yesterday morning.

similar numbers of fieldfares seen on coast in recent days Stuart , and up to 4 ring ouzels,
Having carried out 2 general farmland surveys in Skidbrooke and Saltfleetby areas ,there are good numbers
of sedge warblers singing in reedy farm ditches this weekend. a total of 17 heard .

A flock of c50 Fieldfares feeding on a grass paddock at Bain Farm, Ranby at 10am today.  On a circular work from Market Stainton via Goulceby/Ranby and Stenigot this morning we saw 9 Buzzards soaring on the thermals.
