Hi Patrick
we were one of the couples there also when two GWE and didn't see the cuckoos when we walked further south - lovely male marsh harrier quartering.
Cetti's heard by path to marsh and grasshopper warbler by seat facing pools by dunes.
Regards
Jacquie

3-15 p.m. Didn't hear or see any cuckoos, but that wind was whistling in my hearing aid. Compensation, however, came in the form of great white egrets.
Just admiring one when a second flew in to join it.
Regards,
Patrick.
