Was there yesterday morning and only managed a pair of coot and a wren! A couple of circling buzzards was the highlight.

Sat on the concrete pump housing of blow well no 4 this morning watching a marsh harrier bringing long strands of grass and reeds into an area of reed bed about 200 meters from me. Watched it rise and return 3 times before it decided to stay put.
Looks like a possible nest site. I’ve seen them in the area before, but never known one to nest in the blow wells previously.
