Purple sandpipers was created by Jim Wright
At noon today (about 45mins after high tide) two purple sandpipers were scampering along the concrete embankment some 400 metres on the Grimsby side of the Cleethorpes whale's tail rock groyne. I had to peer over the sea wall to view them.
