Sunflower hearts.
I use these in both feeders now as they seem to suit all the birds. The goldies and any other perch feeder tend to cause a lot to drop, which are then pounced on by the dunnock, robin, blackies and doves/woodies.

We have a couple of feeders that are doing great with the goldies. Great tit, blue tit, robin, spadgers and dunnock benefiting too.
Unfortunately, they have attracted a regular sparrowhawk.

Having to watch my garden feeders for at least a week due to recuperative time following a minor op . Highlight was three long tailed tits on fatballs , 2 dunnocks feeding off ground and fiveBlackbirds & a Robin the only other visitors , not seen group of sparrows for weeks . Missing dawn walks at Clee but nice to read regular posts .
