Aha! That is something I can beat you on! We usually have a few Redwings visiting the garden every winter, although this year, they have yet to arrive.....

We have a small bush in the front garden where they love to hide and it is very entertaining watching them pop up in the middle of it like little jack in the boxes. On a good day we can easily get 30+

The c30 - 50 I get in front garden have a ten foot high privet hedge only two feet away from feeders, and when I go out they all fly across road to a hawthorn hedge. The other c20+ in back garden, there is a variegated holly they take refuge in and this is very close to feeders. Fascinating watching their antics!

Chris, they maybe don't fancy crossing swords with all those Redpolls you usually get
