Thanks for clarification, Chris.

The bill seemed a bit lightweight and the plumage a bit pale for yellow-legged.gull

Also it needed to be larger.

Yellow legs but this is actually an adult Common Gull

Yellow-legged gull on Cleethorpes rock groyne whale’s tail at 12.30 pm today. But is it a Yellow-legged Gull?
