At least one reported this morning (March 9), but it was not in evidence at noon.

Also at country park, pair of gc grebes in courtship display and one chiffchaff singing.

There was another willow / chiff flitting about in shrubs at edge of caravan park, near Humberston Fitties pool, but this bird was silent.

Elsewhere, there was a stonechat on bushes opposite chalets on Cleethorpes coastal country path.

Now (noon today) two waxwings at this location. Steady stream of birders to watch them.

Also two great crested grebes on water

Still present at same location this morning (at least up to 10am) but more mobile and prone to disappearing from view.

Single waxwing 4-4.45 pm today on lakeside hawthorn near car park at Cleethorpes Country Park
