the c 240 acres of higher level stewardship grassland adjacent to B1200 near Seaview has the highest water levels since its creation 12 years ago
no surprise with 355 mm rainfall since mid September.
highlights/peak counts through this month
pink foot geese 1120 including pair with coded neck rings 1 including GPS locator, teal c 190 ,wigeon 185, mallard 71, little egret 6, canada geese 325,
brent geese 73, lapwing c 1450 , golden plover c 2100, curlew 81, redshank 95, also starlings, rooks , hen harrier common buzzard, kestrel, sparrowhawk.barn owl..
