All records which are posted on the Forum will be added to the LBC Database on the last day of the month.

However, although every effort is made to add them to the latest sighting page ( lincsbirdclub.co.uk/site/index.php/sightings/latest-news ) and subsequently the eNewsletter, we apologies if they do not appear!

The bird club deals with 10,000's of records per month so if your sightings are missing from the latest news/eNewsletter pages and you think it is an important record, then please let us know by emailing info@lincsbirdclub.co.uk.

Not all records of common species will appear on the latest sightings page. However, records of more common species are still very important and should be submitted to the county Recorder (send all records to recorder_south@lincsbirdclub.co.uk) or submitted online using the BTO BirdTrack or eBird Apps.

ALL records will then be added to the Lincolnshire Bird Club data-base, to be included in the Annual Report.

The bird club is always happy to hear from anyone who wants to help collate the records or work on the annual report - again please contact info@lincsbirdclub.co.uk.
