During a very foggy local LWT Bird Walk around Cleethorpes Country Park this morning three B/H Gulls were observed to have silver rings to their right legs, while one had very distinctive yellow tag on the left leg bearing the letters EMJN.

If anyone could provide information re: the tag/birds origins, it would be much appreciated.

I had sight of a Black Tailed Godwit a couple of weeks ago carrying a silver ring and also a yellow tag and a blue tag. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see any characters visible
