North Thoresby's little bittern

The little bittern that put on a bit of a show yesterday at North Thoresby (between Louth and Cleethorpes) was not evident between 9.45am and 11.15am today.

Speculation was that it may have relocated from the dyke under the Fen Road to one of the nearby reedbeds or fishing ponds.

Or maybe it will re-appear later.

(If parking on verge, take care - passing cars and lorries are moving fast.)
