Hurry. Only a few places remain for the joint LBC/BTO conference at Whisby on January 26 and
bookings need to be made by close-of-play this week.

The excellent speaker line-up includes:

Nicholas Watts: 40 Years of Lincs Bird Club
Andy Sims: Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers
John Clarkson: Birds of Covenham Reservoir
Mike Drew (Anglian Water): Protecting and Enhancing Wildlife for Eastern England
Teresa Frost: Counting Wintering Waterbirds
Hugh Dorrington: Planting Woodlands and Hedgerows for Birds
David Bird: Lincolnshire Grey Partridges
Carl Barimore: The BTO Nest Record Scheme
Lucas Mander: GPS Tracking of Wintering Curlews on the Humber

There will also be stalls and exhibitions, plus refreshments including lunch.
