Just managed to make 220 self-found in the county for the year, so more than possible - 2016 was a much better autumn, we had three half -hearted puffs of easterly this autumn proper... I never intended to try for any lists but after a superb three seasons based at Gib Point where I had 231 (BOURC) species, a few birds away from Gib in that time followed by a bit of scratching around back home at the years end I was able to bump the total for the year to 240 (BOURC) in the county. Dont drive or have the greatest ever enthusiasm for twitching otherwise 255-260 total seen could have been very much possible this year.

Happy new year…

Cheers,

Ben
