Help needed for publication (The Atlas)

We are trying to publish "the Atlas" and need your help. In the 80's and 90's many birders took part in a survey to produce an Atlas of Lincolnshire Birds. The late Keith Atkin did thousands of hours of work on it but it was never finished. Anne Goodhall and her editorial team tried again in 2001, 2004 and finally in 2007. Obviously without Keith we cannot make this publication as it was intended but at least we can do something with all the data.

As I am house bound at the moment I have taken a look at all the data and after several days am getting somewhere but I need your help.

1) I do not have a list of contributors who took part in the survey, please list anyone you are aware that took part so I can add their name.
2) Can anyone remember the dates the survey covered?

The idea is we will produce a printed copy (for sale) and have an electronic copy for members.

I will be requesting items such as images in the future.
