The HLS agreement ends on the date access ends so it possible the site will be levelled and ploughed, I and others have sent in
lots of bird data to Natural England who I believe are trying to get the site into a new scheme , but its seems Brexit is a problem with that at present.
I,m told by another land owner the c 210 acres ( including a field near Rimac) is valued at nearly 2 million £

I've just noticed on the website that it says access ends 28/2/2019. I hope access gets extended or that some organisation takes over the site, it could be as good as RSPB Frampton Marsh.

Hi Geoff, you’ve seen some good birds here. I drove past yesterday and it looks like private property. Are LBC members allowed in and where is the access and or parking?
