Does anyone have any information about the birds, bats and other wildlife of Ainslie Street park in Grimsby?

The Lincolnshire Naturalists’ Union and North East Lincolnshire Council are working on a project that could see the boggy  six-acre site, which is just a short distance from the town centre, being designated as a site of Local Wildlife Interest.

A report on the project is due to be published in a forthcoming edition of The Heron newsletter.

In the meantime, anyone with any records is welcome to post them on the forum, and they will be forwarded to the two organisations.
