Clockwork hummingbird set to go under hammer at Louth auction

There has been some modest pre-sale interest in a  tin plate clockwork humming bird, made in West Germany, which is due to go under the hammer at John Taylors Auctions in Louth, on the afternoon of  Tuesday February 4.

By 5pm today,  Sunday, bids for Lot 505 had reached £25.

The estimate is that it will sell for between £40 and £50.
