Are you able to take a photo of them lined up so we can see what the titles are?

My pal gave me 46 birding books from his collection to either sell or donate and a large number are on excellent condition, I put them on forum and gave one to a member and gave a few to my doctors surgery lending library, the rest are gathering dust in lounge. At the time some were on Amazon costing hundreds of pounds each, probably still there.

A collection of books, including Sketches of Birdlife and Birds of Cyprus failed to set the heather alight at John Taylors monthly auction in Louth.

The hammer came down at a modest £6.

It seems that the market for secondhand books is steadily weakening, with more and more  younger birders preferring to do any ornithological reading online.
