Just done a little bit of research in to Mr Hudson (not you Alan) he was born in Argentina in 1841 and was called Guillermo Enrique Hudson later to become William Henry Hudson, his parents were of American parentage. He came to London in 1874 and passed away in 1922.

There is a great number of reviews on the book by Conor Mark Jameson including one from our Jim (James Wright) aka The Wryneck.

As I have finished the Rat book I think it's timely to buy Mr Jameson's book and be well informed by the time he gives his talk next March and hopefully ask him to sign it.

He and wife Emily didn’t have any children so unlikely to be a close relative.

Aye they have, am thinking Van Gogh looks more sinister and certainly not to be messed with, whereas Mr Hudson and uncle Jim are not.

Am hoping my friend Kerry will bring me if she isn't working that day. Also depends on how I feel.
