A photo is better than no photo distant or not, I would be more than happy with yours as have never seen a Wryneck let alone taken a photo of one!

Another excellent report, well done to all those involved in the compilation, production and publication. I particularly enjoyed 5 photos of birds that I actually saw: American Wigeon, White-tailed Lapwing, Wryneck, Little Gull and Great Northern Diver. I also urge you to read the piece on Yellow Wagtail where you will be surprised to learn that Lincolnshire holds 20% of the worlds population!
