Common Buzzard - Marsh Harriers tend to hold their wings in a slight V shape.

my friend took this down near the fields just past the holiday retreat at Boultham mere. I think its either a marsh harrier or buzzard but I don't know, i know both of these birds live down there though. any help on identification would be greatly appreciated.
