Anyone know why sea banks require such a heavy mowing regime? Presumably it's done for a purpose. This was the scene. between Humberston and Tetney Lock this morning. Not great for wildflowers, butterflies and small mammals. It won't surprise me if the hawthorn hedgerow is next to go.
