The council leader and the Temminck's stint

You'll have to take my word for it that it was a Temminck's - photographing something the size of a stint over quite a distance and in bad heat haze means the very poor shots attached below were the best I could manage!
Also seen by one or two others. 
There was quite a big movement of Temminck's through the UK during May.

I believe one was sighted at Novartis Ings on 24th May, Jim. 

Cress Marsh has had Little Stint (31/8/21), but no records of Temminck's there.

That must be a first - a council leader making reference to a Temminck's stint in a press release.

Cllr Philip Jackson was discussing two 'mitigation' sites near Grimsby - Cress Marsh and Novartis Ings.

Does anyone know at which site the TS was seen and on what date(s)?
