Read the page you posted, did try your link other night but as you say it wouldn't work.

Our club has had a constant supply of new members in the past eighteen months, just counted the number in 2022 and sixty-six new members joined of which seven have posted on forum and this year twenty-six new members up to date joined of which seven have posted on forum. The club now has a list of six hundred and forty members.  Could the release of the Birds of Lincolnshire book have had a hand in the big increase in members, I think so.

I'd be interested to know the reasons why the 640 members joined the club, it certainly wasn't to post on the forum lol.
