Barratt Homes was created by Jim Wright
The new estate being built opposite Toll Bar School in New Waltham, near Grimsby, won't win any architectural awards, but credit to Barratt Homes for installing homes for swifts and bats in some of the properties.
Here's hoping there will be more - and that they are soon occupied - as construction continues.
At the back of estate, some of the habitat (it may only be temporary) looks promising for sand martins and migrating sandpipers and stints.
