I can understand members not wanted to be named for several reasons
it did cross my mind when the report failed to come from any of them on the forum that maybe they were wishing they hadn't gone but am sure that's not the reason. Personally I would have put a report on even knowing you would be doing it yourself but that's just me.
Anyway the matter is closed now.

I do have a list of the 31 who went on the trip.
I did think of tagging it on to the end of the report, but some may not want to be named so I have refrained from doing so.

Just read the eNewsletter re the trip and was interested to read at last the report but disappointed that the photos of the older members had no names to accompany them! I clicked on The Wryneck newsletter hoping to see the names had been added to the photos of the older birders but again no names were added bar that of Terry Whalin. Plus names of the prize winners, none of whom I knew.

Didn't realise you still wanted it and wanted to put it in Newsletter. In past when have had a commission loads of people have read it. Didn't want to spend time writing at length to put on forum and only a handful read it.
Been working on my challenge to ALW's Cats saga of late time permitting.
Surely one of the gang who accompanied you to Kingussie could take pressure off you and write a report?
My reports were usually like manuscripts and well detailed lol all I did was look in logbook for sightings and add text along the way.
Toodle loo

My intention (time permitting) is to write a report, with pix for the June newsletter.
In the meantime, John, when we are going to see your long-awaited report on the influx of bramblings to Lincoln gardens (including your own) of a few years back?

Hope someone who did the trip takes the time to do a report as I did on my many trips to Scotland, it can prove useful to others!
Also is it asking too much to put names to faces on the photo, as it stands I don't recognise anyone. Most look as if they not keen on showing their faces![;) ;)]()
Regards
John
