Tried posting from smartphone and all I got each of the six times I tried was the message below, not sure if it was my security package or a blip in the forums system.I'll try posting a shortened version.

My favourite gull is the GBB with the LBB coming a close second I always enjoy seeing these despite them being bullies (I hate bullies normally having been a victim for 20+years)  both make my day when seeing either.  There are many species of them have never seen. The Common & Black-head Gulls are regular over and in garden so enjoy seeing them. Little Gulls are cute.Once saw a Glaucous Gull at seal time at DN.

Only close encounter have had was with an Herring Gull in Oban, my pal had just bought fish & chips and this one bird landed next to us, cocky sod lol, my pal told it "to go away" and wait for the scraps, it just stood next to me waiting and waiting till it was rewarded and off it flew to find another chippy supper.  I've seen them pester people with all sorts of food on telly. One was going into a shop and grabbing packets of crisps lol. With fish being in short supply in the sea they have taken it upon themselves to find alternate ways of getting a meal.

Max
PS: it worked and this laptop has same security package as smartphone, very strange!
