Cleethorpes Wildlife Rescue has come to the aid of one of the boating lake's grey lag geese.
The bird was struggling to walk - apparently because of an issue with one of its tags/rings.
This has now been removed and the goose seem to have suffered no lasting injury.
CWR says it will take up the matter with the BTO.
