Sometimes like today when I can't get out or tired of watching programs on TV I switch over to You Tube and watch assorted subjects for hours on end. So today typed in Lincs birders and got a selection to watch and found them most interesting.  First up was published by Graham Barker in 2016 and has had 2.4k views he was on a two-day trip consisting of birding on the Boston Belle & Frampton Marsh, first day was on the boat and second the reserve. He stayed at a local hotel in Boston. (I had often read about our members going on the boat and how much they enjoyed it.) When he went to Frampton and to the hides this was first time i had seen them, the 360 degree hide was smart. He did say the birds were a long way from the hides, Seeing a massive amount of brent geese flying was lovely. He put other videos on of other visits to this reserve.

Other videos were of the twitcher brigade but also enjoyable especially when I recognised some of them. One was of the Terek Sandpiper with a host of twitchers saw CN, think DE was there also possibly two more I know and maybe more , this video was put on 21/05/2014 with 454 views, it didn't say where but it looked like Covenham.

Next up was the male Bluethroat put up Feb 2017 with 455 views by MJ.
Then the Pacific Golden Plover at Frampton 26/07/2021 with 307 views by SF.
Next the White-tailed Lapwing at East Halton Marsh 09/01/2022 with 271 views by SR plus another one by same person at Blacktoft.

A most enjoyable watch.
