Attached are the figures for curlew eggs taken under licence from RAF airfields in Lincolnshire over the past couple of years.

The eggs are then hatched and the chicks reared under artificial conditions at a premises in Norfolk.

The upside is that aircraft collision risk is reduced. Downside is that Lincolnshire's breeding population of curlews is reduced.
