Mystery of Grimsby's scarlet-headed blackbird was created by Jim Wright
Anyone know the provenance of this scarlet-headed blackbird which is in storage with North East Lincolnshire Council? There is no documentary to reveal its background or who supplied it. More likely to be an aviary bird, but, alternatively, could it have flown here as a wilding from South America, then been trapped?
