There always seems to be some "brain dead lowlife" who wants to spoil it for other people. Totally pointless damage!

This defaced interpretive shorebird panel on Cleethorpes foreshore does not reflect too well on North East Lincolnshire Council and it's a bit of an insult to the LBC member who painted the images. Alas, the originals have been lost so the artwork cannot readily be recreated.
