Seawatching chalet

Further to a comment made at the last committee  about  using a beach chalet in Mablethorpe for seawatching, it seems true that the cost would of purchase would probably make such a venture prohibitive without a) a bumper  grant or  b) prodigious fundraising.

For the record, Lovelle's estate agency  currently (December 2017) have three on their books -  one in Mablethorpe and two in Sutton-on-Sea.

Price range is £10,500 to £12,750.

Annual ground rents range between £250 and £500.
