Cut End Hide was created by Philip Espin
The Environment Agency has completed work on the Cut End Hide and the new sign naming the hide after the late Steve Keightley is now up.Hide users should be aware there is a difficulty with the new lock in that it locks itself once you are in the hide. It is important to remember if you don’t have a key and someone lets you in to not get left behind and locked in. The locksmith has been contacted to rectify the issue but in the meantime don’t get stuck in there! We are in the process for setting up new arrangements for issuing keys. Members will be able to buy a key off the website and have it posted to them by our Sales Secretary Bill Sterling.
