For those who are interested, the peregrine nest tray was put in place on Friday 11 Feb, along with the new camera, bought with income from the Peregrine book. A 26in TV screen has been donated, replacing the one burned out by a lightning strike last May and this will be installed in the coffee shop in the coming weeks.

Around 280 copies of the peregrine book have been sold, with profits split between LBC and St. James Church. The book has just been updated to include the 2017 season and is available to purchase from the Church shop, or online at: www.louthjazzclub.org.uk/peregrines.html

The pair of pegs have been in residence for most of the winter and were seen to chase of a visiting bird last week. They have produced 10 young over the past 3 years, so fingers crossed for another successful year.
