Hi Danny
For UK and Western Pal the Collins Bird Guide app is pretty good for ID with brief calls and songs. There are numerous apps available if you wish to travel further afield. Xeno- canto website is great for calls and songs and these can be downloaded to your device of choice and is free of charge too!

Hi all, just getting to grips with the world of i phones and wondered what the consensus was on the best birding apps especially bird sounds
