Superb book published by Lincolnshire birder was created by Jim Wright
Hats off to Lincolnshire birder Robert Oates on his excellent first book - Grey-haired Global Birding.
It is an absorbing account of some of his expeditions in far away locations - both the good times and the occasional not-so-good times.
It would make a particularly good primer for anyone thinking of visiting Ethiopia, Colombia, Malaysia, California or even the Scottish Coast.
A review is due to appear in a future edition of the club's newsletter.
In the meantime, it is available via Amazon.
