I got the details of the swan from the Lincoln Swans project email swanrings@lincoln.ac.uk and Twitter @LincolnSwans

They replied:Thanks for sending this through! It is indeed a Lincoln-ringed birds, one of the 2019 Brayford brood. He was ringed as a male cygnet (one of a brood of 8 ) on 9th August 2019. He was then rescued from the McDonalds roundabout and returned to the Brayford in Sept 2019, where he stayed until February 2020 - after which we have no sightings of him (other than another report from Cleethorpes earlier this month)! I'm happy for you to pass this information onto the finder, or you can put them in touch with me.Do you have a grid reference for the sighting?
