While ringing the Louth peregrines in May, we collected a ringed leg , which subsequently was identified as a black-tailed godwit ringed in 2006 (per Alan Ball).

Hi Colin
Please see the reply I posted regarding the Godwit ringer I saw at Killingholme. A French bird apparently. In replying to the email, I forwarded them a copy image of your bird (I hope you don't mind), so maybe they will have information for you regarding its history.
