Yes it is, we have never failed there also later in year perfect for Honey Buzzard. The postcode is NG20 9LB and it is parking on the grass verge after passing the war memorial on Lime Tree Avenue after going through Clumber Park ( the public road where you do not pay). If you actually google Welbeck Raptor Watchpoint a very good map will appear which shows the exact spot. There are usually other birders peering into the sky.
