My Garden 2020

Whilst trying to clear ivy from side of garage a big frog leaped on to knee, nearly messed myself so decided to reach over the top of fence where it couldn't reach me, in end gave up, this ivy is decades old.

Aug 10th: small frog.
Aug 20th:Toad spotted under two boards next to pond.

While clearing the mess of old hedging and rickety old fence spotted an adult frog and what looked to be a young un but for all I know it could have been a pair, they weren't happy about being moved but am looking forward to getting this area back to normal! Had spotted an adult when clearing the other side of garden a few weeks back, it had place next to the hoggy den.

April 13th: Wood Mouse seen going in the nut feeder, excellent views but of course no camera handy, the feeder is only three feet from window. No sign of hoggy, not sure if its still here but no sign of it on n/v cam or in daytime.

April 6th: Wood Mouse feeding on the peanuts in front garden right next to window in the potentilla shrub and next to thick ivy, managed vids and pics, it stayed there off and on for 30 mins, until the spuggys arrived.

The marsh marigold is flowering in the tiny pond, one of my favourite bog plants, I remember them from MSQ round the back in a dyke, wonder if they still there.
Not seen hoggy for a while, got footage to check in amo.

We check ours each morning so there is not as much on it but like you we are getting a lot of pigeons early morning
