I agree, it still takes two attempts to log in to the forum and I'm not sure why... I am still working on this problem...!!

12/11/2019 - there has been a few issues with logging into the website/forum reported.... we have changed the logIn/logout button on the top menu in the hope this will resolve the issues - please let me know if there are any further issues.... Thanks Andrew

Apart from following a link from an email notification, I do not get a login option if I just go to lincsbirdclub website.
