This juvenile Osprey was one of two at Tetney Lock for about three weeks; this was photographed on 22nd October 2000. They arrived in early October and one stayed to about the 25th with the other leaving a few days before. They would spend much of their time sitting on poles along the road, dropping to catch fish from the beck below seemingly quite sucessfully. They also spent some time fishing at Tetney Blow Wells and Covenham Reservoir.
