Tree Pipit male Laughton Forest April 25th 2002, this species has a very restricted county range due to habitat preferences and is an ideal target for annual monitoring but there seems to be little interest in such work in the present birding climate, more coastal migrants are reported in a year than breeding birds a reflection of birding preferences no doubt.
